About
ShipSanely was founded in 2026 on a simple observation: most teams don't want a cloud platform, they want their code running reliably in production. We built an agent that reads the repository, does the deployment work a senior infrastructure engineer would do, and then stays on call.

Founder & CEO
Charlie founded ShipSanely in 2026 after years of watching small teams lose their best weeks to infrastructure work that had nothing to do with their product. The goal was never a friendlier console — it was to remove the console from the critical path: an agent that reads the repository, does the deployment work a senior infrastructure engineer would do, and then stays on call so the team doesn't have to.
During early access, Charlie works directly with partner teams on what the agent gets right and wrong, and uses those cases to broaden supported stacks and sharpen failure recovery.
The repository is the spec. If the code says what it needs, a system should be able to read it. Requiring a second description of the application in platform-specific config is a tax we want to eliminate.
Deployed means verified. A build passing is not the same as an application working. We don't call a release live until it has proven it can serve traffic.
Launch is the beginning. Most production pain happens after the first deploy. The same agent that shipped the code should be responsible for keeping it up.
ShipSanely is in early access. We are expanding the range of supported project types and continuously improving how the agent recovers from failures. Early-access partners work directly with the team and influence what we build next.
